    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
    • Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and branch equipment.
    • Maintain IT asset inventory, licensing records, and technical documentation.
    • Assist in the administration of IT systems, and business applications.
    • Monitor LAN/WAN performance.
    • Assist in basic server maintenance, user account management, and backup procedures.
    • Support VPN setup and troubleshooting for branch connectivity.
    • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and related security equipment.
    • Implement and monitor IT security measures, including antivirus, patch updates, and access control.
    Requirements for Experiences and Qualifications
    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
    • 2–4 years of IT support experience, including CCTV installation/maintenance.
    • Knowledge of Windows OS, networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP), and server basics.
    • Hands-on experience with CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua, or equivalent).
    • Familiarity with administration of IT systems and common business applications.
    • Understanding of backup solutions and IT security practices.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work independently and travel to branch locations as needed.
