Key Responsibilities
            
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate the market with the company’s products and services
 
- Promote Company branding and expand the target client segment
 
- Indentify and establish relationships with potential business partners and clients
 
- Organize and oversee participation in bussiness fairs, networking events, and industry-related conferences
 
- Utilize digital platforms to support business operations and improve target achievement
 
- Collaborate with internal departments to align bussiness development startegies with company objectives
 
- Monitor Industry trends and Market conditions to identify new bussiness opportunities
 
- Prepare reports and presentation on business growth ,client acquisition ,and market penetration
 
- Lead and mentor the Business Development Team to achieve set targets and objectives
 
 
            Requirements for Experiences and Qualifications
            
- Bacherlor’s degree in Bussiness Adminstration ,Marketing or a related field
 
- Munium of 3 -5 years of experience in bussiness development ,sales or marketing , MFI experience preferred
 
- Strong leadership skill and experience managing a team.
 
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis
 
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
 
- Must be under 30 years old, well-groomed appearance, and possess excellent communication skills.
