Key Responsibilities
- Maintain HR database and update employee information regularly.
- Coordinate with government offices (Labor Office, Township Office, SSB).
- Monitor daily attendance, overtime, and leave records.
- Arrange interview appointment for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies.
- Assist in staff welfare activities and employee engagement programs.
Perform other HR duties as assigned.
Requirements for Experiences and Qualifications
- Age between 20-25.
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR-related working experience.
- Good knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR practices.
- Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Internet & Email.
- Good inter-personal skills and able to communicate well with all levels of staff.
- Able to work under pressure.
