Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and branch equipment.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, licensing records, and technical documentation.
- Assist in the administration of IT systems, and business applications.
- Monitor LAN/WAN performance.
- Assist in basic server maintenance, user account management, and backup procedures.
- Support VPN setup and troubleshooting for branch connectivity.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and related security equipment.
- Implement and monitor IT security measures, including antivirus, patch updates, and access control.
Requirements for Experiences and Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of IT support experience, including CCTV installation/maintenance.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP), and server basics.
- Hands-on experience with CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with administration of IT systems and common business applications.
- Understanding of backup solutions and IT security practices.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to branch locations as needed.
