Key Responsibilities
- Collection way and time, Security and safe, Target, Staff behavior, Follow up, problem solving.
- Prevent and reduce overdue, Suing, Write-off.
- Overdue & Late Payment follow-up for Assigned Branch.
- Team work, communication, Link, Work load balance, target, appropriate duties.
- Office and field checking (Operation process).
- Office security, materials maintaining, Cleaning.
- Monthly Meeting (Staff & Branch Meeting).
- Training for Branch Staff.
- All report(Daily, Weekly and monthly).
- Branch Performance ,Target Plan & Control Management.
Requirements for Experiences and Qualifications
- Graduated at any University.(Must be)
- Be honest, friendly, active and creative thinking.
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skill.
- Age under 45 years.
- Management experience more than 2 years.
- Ability to communicate in local language highly desirable.
- Management, Planning and monitoring skill.
- Strong computer skill in Microsoft office.
- Must be able to work under pressure and decision making.
