    Key Responsibilities
    • Collection way and time, Security and safe, Target, Staff behavior, Follow up, problem solving.
    • Prevent and reduce overdue, Suing, Write-off.
    • Overdue & Late Payment follow-up for Assigned Branch.
    • Team work, communication, Link, Work load balance, target, appropriate duties.
    • Office and field checking (Operation process).
    • Office security, materials maintaining, Cleaning.
    • Monthly Meeting (Staff & Branch Meeting).
    • Training for Branch Staff.
    • All report(Daily, Weekly and monthly).
    • Branch Performance ,Target Plan & Control Management.
    Requirements for Experiences and Qualifications
    • Graduated at any University.(Must be)
    • Be honest, friendly, active and creative thinking.
    • Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skill.
    • Age under 45 years.
    • Management experience more than 2 years.
    • Ability to communicate in local language highly desirable.
    • Management, Planning and monitoring skill.
    • Strong computer skill in Microsoft office.
    • Must be able to work under pressure and decision making.
