Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify loan application forms submitted by loan departments (via Mobile and Manual processes).
- Ensure accurate verification to prevent delays, defaults, or financial losses due to incomplete or incorrect assessments.
- Forward mobile loan applications to relevant department heads for further processing.
- Maintain strong relationships with relevant teams and branches, and coordinate to meet operational requirements.
- Identify and report errors or missing requirements in loan applications and conduct re-verification.
- Examine each application step-by-step in accordance with internal control procedures.
- Contact customers to verify the accuracy and completeness of provided information.
- Evaluate loan amounts and present cases for approval through appropriate authorization levels.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to process approved loans and prepare necessary reports.
- Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports.
Requirements for Experiences and Qualifications
- Must hold a university degree.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in loan-related operations.
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be enthusiastic about interacting with people.
- Must be eager to learn, energetic, and able to achieve individual targets.
- Must be under 30 years old.
