    Key Responsibilities
    • Maintain HR database and update employee information regularly.
    • Coordinate with government offices (Labor Office, Township Office, SSB).
    • Monitor daily attendance, overtime, and leave records.
    • Arrange interview appointment for new employees.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies.
    • Assist in staff welfare activities and employee engagement programs.
      Perform other HR duties as assigned.
    Requirements for Experiences and Qualifications
    • Age between 20-25.
    • Minimum 1–2 years of HR-related working experience.
    • Good knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR practices.
    • Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
    • Must be able to use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Internet & Email.
    • Good inter-personal skills and able to communicate well with all levels of staff.
    • Able to work under pressure.
