Key Responsibilities
- Conducting research to identify new individual loan products.
- Collaborating with businesses and organizations to expand individual loan services.
- Achieving the set targets for individual loan disbursement
- Effectively developing business-related plans and proposals.
- Designing appropriate loan products based on local geographical needs.
- Taking the lead in operational and field activities.
- Performing well in reporting duties
- Managing accounting tasks accurately and precisely.
- Must be capable of calculating, reviewing, and maintaining financial records and ledgers effectively
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well as part of a team
- Must be able to effectively assess and manage loan disbursements based on customers’ documents, business nature, and ownership status.
- Must be able to fully recover all disbursed loans responsibly 100% Repayment
- Must be genuinely interested in the work, and able to take responsibility and accountability.
- Must be able to work efficiently under stress and heavy workloads.
Requirements for Experiences and Qualifications
- Must hold a university degree.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in loan-related operations
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be enthusiastic about interacting with people.
- Must be eager to learn, energetic, and able to achieve individual targets
- Must be under 30 years old.
- Must be able to travel and work in any location.
