Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to Branch Manager
- Must be able to communicate well with branch Office staff .
- Must be complete the monthly target.
- Reducing the non- performaning loans owed to a company
- Plan to visit Write Off clients daily to discuss adjustment
- Finding ways to get money back from write off clients .
- Negotiate repayment terms with defaulting Clients.
- Daily/Weekly/ Monthly collection performance report .
- Preparing meeting invitations for discussion meetings with WO Clients.
Requirements for Experiences and Qualifications
- Graduated at any University.(Must be)
- Experience in Microfinance at least 3-yrs & above.
- Excellent communication , reporting & Interpersonal Skills.
- Assertive and strong Negotiation skill.
- Good Judgment and decision making .
- The ability work as part of a team.
- Must be able to go field visit anywhere.
