Must be able to effectively assess and manage loan disbursements based on customers’ documents, business nature, and ownership status.
Must be able to fully recover all disbursed loans responsibly 100% Repayment
Must be genuinely interested in the work, and able to take responsibility and accountability.
Must be able to work efficiently under stress and heavy workloads.
Must hold a university degree (or) Passed (Grade -12).
Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be enthusiastic about interacting with people.
Must be eager to learn, energetic, and able to achieve individual targets
Must be under 30 years old.
Must be able to travel and work in any location.
