Key Responsibilities
IT Operations & Administration
- Provide IT support to Head Office and branch users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, printer, and system issues.
- Support core microfinance systems, office applications, and internal tools.
- Update and maintain data in web portals as assigned.
- Maintain office IT devices (copiers, printers, tablets, phones, mobiles) and support procurement of IT accessories and equipment.
- Manage and coordinate Vendor Quotation to purchase IT devices and for system repairs, replacements, upgrades, renewal etc.
- Verify invoices and usage before submission to Management and Finance.
Network & System Support
- Assist in maintaining LAN/WAN, internet, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, PABX, VoIP etc.
- Monitor network connectivity and system availability for branches.
- Perform basic server, NAS, backup, and storage support.
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, access control etc.
Hardware & Asset Management
- Maintain IT asset inventory, licenses, and documentation.
- Ensure proper setup for new employees and branch openings.
Security & Compliance
- Assist in implementing IT security policies (password, antivirus, access control).
- Support data backup, recovery etc.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and audit requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare IT reports, open ticket for incident, and maintenance records etc.
- Document SOPs, SOWs, UAT sheet, system configurations and user guides etc.
Other Duties
- Travel to branches for IT support and implementation activities.
- Support IT projects and system upgrades as assigned.
- Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements for Experiences and Qualifications
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field.
- Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, CCNA etc.)
Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of IT support experience.
- Experience in microfinance, banking, or multi-branch environments is an advantage.
- Experience supporting branch networks and field users preferred.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of:
- Windows OS, MS Office, server concepts
- Computer hardware troubleshooting
- Networking basics (LAN/WAN, IP, VPN, routers, switches, PABX etc.)
Familiar with:
- Firewalls, antivirus, backup systems
- Core banking / microfinance systems (preferred)
- CCTV and access control systems (preferred)
Soft Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and user support attitude
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Willing to travel to branches when required
Working hours : 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Off day : Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays
