Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to Loan Recovery Manager
- Drafting Branch visit plan for all assigned branches.
- Must be able to communicate well with RM,TSM,BM & All LRD Team Member .
- Provide clear supervision, guidance, and support to LRD Staff to ensure operational efficiency.
- Must be complete the monthly target for all assigned branches.
- Finding ways to get money back from write off clients .
- Performing discussion processes with WO clients to ensure loan recovery.
- Must be able to travel to assigned regions when required.
- Having Self-Confidence & Leadership skill.
- Dealing with matters related to the Department of Legal if necessary.
Requirements for Experiences and Qualifications
•Graduated at any University.(Must be)
•Experience in Microfinance at least 3-yrs & above.
•Excellent communication , reporting & Interpersonal Skills.
•Assertive and strong Negotiation skill.
•Good Judgment and decision making .
•The ability work as part of a team.
•Must be able to work effectively under pressure.
